What happens in the office

TMS and Spravato are delivered at our Olympia Fields office. You can start with an online consultation to see whether they fit, then come in for treatment.

How it works

  2. 2Complete your intake forms in our secure patient portal.
  3. 3Join your visit by video from a phone, tablet, or computer.
  4. 4Leave with a plan, and get prescriptions sent to your pharmacy.
  5. 5Schedule follow-ups, usually shorter than the first visit.

Cost and insurance

Telehealth visits are billed like office visits for most plans: we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Medicare, and Optum. Self-pay and sliding-scale options are available.

  • A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone
  • Your insurance card and a list of current medications
